In house nursing care

This is where a support worker does drop-in support to your private home to assist and offer flexible supports. Support is provided to assist with daily living tasks which could include, but not limited to:

Building capacity, independence and household living for e.g., cooking, cleaning
Medication administration
Assistance with organization
Assistance with running the household.
General welfare
Personal Care such as showering, dressing.
Assistance with managing high level gentle care for psychosocial disabilities, including disability care service.

Personal Care To All Ages

Assistance with personal care. We respect your privacy, and our highly capable team is very experienced in managing in home personal care. Some participants have their own routine they would like to be done, other participants admire our engaged methods and practices. Disability care service would include assistance with showering, dressing, transferring (if needed) and even bed baths if mobility is an issue.

Social Integration Within Community Structures

Some people need assistance with social integration within the community and that’s A OK. This type of service is personal and mostly it’s 1 to 1. A support worker arrives to your home, and you decide where you would like to go. Community access is different for everybody. This could include the following but again, not limited to:

Going to see friends and family.
Going to the movies
Going to the gym
Going on a road trip
Going to an event
Facilitating and encouraging the pursuit of your hobbies, we can participate too.
Connecting with your local community and what it has to offer.
The possibilities are endless.

Facilitate Transport

When a support worker arrives to your home, perhaps you may have an appointment you need to attend to, or perhaps you need to go shopping, wherever it is that you need to go please speak to our friendly staff who are able to assist you.

Respite care

This is where a family member or a participant needs a break from their regular carer, or the parent may need a break from regular care they provide to a family member. Come check out our farm stay respite home nestled away in the bush and farmland of god’s country, Somersby. Short Term Accomadation (STA) Respite Care

This is where a participant may need a break from their regular career, or the parent/career may need a break from regular care they provide to a family member. Come check out our farm stay respite home nestled away in the bush and farmland of god’s country, Somersby. Our STA respite home provides 24-hour care to ensure the safety and protection for all participants within our care.
